We were already working on your Query and as there are many Customizations on your Page, we request you to please allow us some time to provide you with a reply as every Support Request is unique and takes different resolution times. And once you add another reply to your Support Ticket, it will move the Ticket to the Top of the Queue, which could further delay the process as the Older ones are processed first. Additionally, also make sure that you are using the Default Structure of the Template and place all your Content Codes inside the #content DIV to avoid any unexpected issues. Also, since these issues are arising due to Customizations, we request you to use the Default Codes from the Files in the Package first and then make Customizations to it, to minimize the risk of issues.
