How do I get rid of the extra space at bottom of card body? See image. Trying to get rid of empty space (see yellow line) below the submit button

Hello,
You can consider adding Spacing Utility Classes: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/utilities/spacing/ to the Element, to add/remove their Margins/Padding according to your needs. Since you are using Custom Codes, it is best recommended to check using the Inspect Element feature on your browser, where the Margins/paddings are applied and then add the Classes to the related elements accordingly.
