Removal Of "show all" from portfolio page

is that possible to remove "show all" from portfolio filter & all items from the page all
I want the default selected icon option & show icon portfolio on opening the page

Hello,

This feature is already built-in within Canvas. Simply consider using the following code: 

<ul class="portfolio-filter clearfix" data-container="#portfolio" data-default=".pf-illustrations">
