However, there are several factors that affect the Page Load Times and as the Live Demos include everything including High Quality Images, all CSS/JS Files, this tends to affect the Load Times a bit. But from a User Point of View, it is up to the User to decide which Files/Media they want to include on their Website. The more files they include, the more degraded performance will be, as they make more HTTP requests taking more times to load. Additionally, there are other factors such as Image Optimization, minifying CSS/JS and also deleting the codes from the CSS/JS/HTML Files that are actually needed for the Project.
