Regarding recent purchased template 'canvas-the-multipurpose-html5-temp'

Hi,

I recently bought the Canvas multipurpose template and I am trying to get started.
The documentation is a little confusing and the file which I downloaded contains hundreds of templated (750 mb in size).

I would just like to use the 'news' template [URL: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-news.html]

I tried using the package generator but you have to specify the files that you want to download.
I don't know what files are used for the 'news' template I mentioned previously.

I tried downloading a few files with the keyword 'news' but that didnt work (for example - I opened up 'demo-news-2.html' but it wouldnt apply formatting and loaded images raw and unaltered).

Hello,

Thanks so much for Purchasing a License for Canvas.

Simply select the following files in the Package Generator for the New Niche Demos:

demo-news.html
demo-news-2.html
demo-news-3.html
demo-news-single.html
demo-news-category.html

The demo-news-2.html and demo-news-3.html Files are just used for adding Additional Posts to the demo-news.html Template using Infinity Scroll. So you can choose to not download it as well.

We have attached the New Niche Demo generated from the Package Generator to this reply.

Hi Canvas Team, Great thanks for providing me the files. I have decided to go with another theme 'demo blog'. I was able to download/edit the html files. Question The theme has light and dark mode. The light is on by default. How do I swap this (how to make dark mode default)?
