Hi, I just purchased Canvas a few minutes ago, thinking that it was a WP Theme. I just realized it is a template only. Is there any way I can get a refund?

I've also just downloaded your product and after a few minutes I've realize i'm way out of my depth. I really wish you would have been more clearer in your product description. You definitely highlight how much a person gets for $18 dollars (value) but there really is no emphasis on the fact that you need some coding knowledge before you begin. Wasted about 30 minutes of my work day with this. Can you please refund my purchase or point me in the direction to get my money back

We Really Apologize about the Inconveniences caused but It has been clearly mentioned in the Item Title: Canvas | The Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template and also it is listed in the Site Templates Category and not WordPress which is why it is priced at $18 only. WordPress Themes are generally priced at $39-$64.

And since Canvas is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required to make modifications using a Text Editor like Sublime Text or any equivalent. Please consider checking out the Refund Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy .

Actually I got "caught out" too as I in my newbie ignorance missed the template and not a theme connection and have purchased. On the positive
side of course though that gives me a new challenge and looking forward to coming up to speed. I'm sure the investment is going to be worth it
just forewarn support may get some really basic questions. Off to start self-teaching. Cheers
