reducing functions.bundle.js to have only one function we need

Hi Team
Thanks for the nice theme.

our test site : https://number1.info/2024/

We need header part 's dropout menu (as attached), but it looks like it is written by JS? and it is under functions.bundle.js ?

Our goal is actually to use "zero JS" but if this is only one we need, we might still go with it but really wish to limit JS to that function ONLY. It is excessive to have functions.bundle.js for only one function...

We need your help to give me ideas or how-to on how to include that part only into website please
