reCAPTCHA working great for two years then suddenly stops validating

Yesterday we started receiving phone calls that the reCAPTCHA v2 checkbox on our online job application form wouldn't validate. I researched the issue and found that it was possible that the reCAPTCHA keys may have expired, so I created a new site on reCAPTCHA and updated both secret codes in my HTML and PHP files, but it's still not validating. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. The website location is http://www.offshoreoil.com/oosi-job-application.html

Thanks in advance,

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

There are no known issues related to reCaptcha at the moment if the Server Responses and the Site/Secret Key Combination is correctly configured. Additionally, it appears that you are using a very Older Version of Canvas and we would recommend you to update your Forms to the Latest Version of Canvas which is much more secure and flexible. Additionally, you do not even need to touch the PHP Files even if you add additional fields to your Form. Updating the Form Codes to the Latest Version should fix this issue automatically.

Hope this Helps!
