ReCaptcha Enterprise Issues

Afternoon, I created the following pages as example: https://www.perrydampf.com/schedule-mediation2 and https://www.perrydampf.com/schedule-mediation3

I'm able to get the recaptcha checkbox, but it's informing me that “Captcha was not Validated! Please try again!” and the email is not sent.

I've inserted the secret key on the form.php.

On the schedule-mediation2 page, I've also included the token as advised by google recaptcha page. On schedule-mediation3, I just have the normal script.

Appreciate your help!

If it matters, the script works great for the reCaptcha v2 and v3. I'm just having troubles with the new enterprise version, since v2 and v3 are no longer available.

Thanks for your Patience!

We have gone through the reCaptcha Enterprise in details this morning and unfortunately the current codes provided with Canvas are only applicable for reCaptcha v2 and v3. The reCaptcha v2 and v3 are still working and you can still create new site/secret keys, so currently we would not be upgrading to reCaptcha Enterprise.

Integrating with reCaptcha Enterprise will require Customizations to the PHP Codes as the assessment functionality is completely different and requires different codes that the current ones provided out of the box. So, currently we only continue to support reCaptcha v2 and v3.

Unfortunately, v2 and v3 are not an option. any longer for new sites. It requires me to use enterprise. I can still use the older version for preexisting codes, but I can not add a domain to the older ones. Do you know when you will upgrade to allow recaptcha once again?

Hello,

We understand but currently we do not have plans to include reCaptcha Enterprise in the immediate future. As you can see here, it requires multiple checks including creating: https://cloud.google.com/recaptcha-enterprise/docs/create-assessment and interpreting assessments: https://cloud.google.com/recaptcha-enterprise/docs/interpret-assessment . We will still need to work on these to find easier solutions so that our users don't have to work on extra steps to make this working. Additionally, maximum of our users still use reCaptcha v3 and v2, so currently your request is the first one suggesting us to implement reCaptcha Enterprise.

If you like, we can work on this for you separately but as a Customization with a One-Time Customization Fee of $69.
