Hello,

On this page test, the read more function is not running well.

Here is the code: please tell me what I have to check more

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and you are using an Older Version of Canvas where the Read More Plugin is not yet available. You will need to upgrade to the Latest Version of Canvas in order to use the Read More functionality.

This is right I'm using old version, but I load last version in november 2022 (your last version is oct 2022), but troubles with my pages...
So I use old version but I think I add the right code (And I add the new plugins.redmore.js).
Is it impossible for Read more work with plugins.readmore.js (last version) with html code as described on my first message?

Thanks for your Kind Patience and apologies for the inconveniences caused!

It would be great if you could please let us know what kind of issues you have been facing with the Newer Version of Canvas, so we can fix them for you.

Additionally, as we have mentioned, the Old Versions currently do not support Plugins that have been introduced in the Newer Versions of Canvas due to code mismatch. You will need to change JS/CSS Codes too for this and will require a lot of Customizations. We currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy and these kind of Customizations are out of scope of Support included. We can do this for you if you like but there will be a One-Time Customization fee.

Hello,
I'm not interested to customize old version.
I would like to use new version, but when I use new folders css/ js / include with actual html code, there is a lot a differences (as you can see by comparing pages i sent you exemple: https://www.fimdesemana.pt (page with old version) and http://www.economia-solutions.fr (page with new version).
Could you help me to adapt the new version (to have a display acceptable)? Isn't include on support without fee?

We do not support Customization: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . When we release New Versions we make changes based on the Latest Technologies, Coding Standards and Framework Updates. You can find the Migration Notes here: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/upgrading-v5-to-v6/migration/ . Canvas 6 was released more than 2.5 years ago and we will be releasing Canvas 7 this week which will again have many breaking changes and performance improvements. If you are upgrading from Canvas 5 to Canvas 6 or Canvas 5 to Canvas 7, we recommend starting from scratch to avoid any unnecessary issues. Upgrading to Latest Version of Canvas is user's responsibility as there are a lot of Customizations made by the user to their content for their website which we cannot track or control.

We are more than happy to help if you face any issues with the features included with the Latest Versions of Canvas as the Included Support covers only this.
