Hey guys, totally appreciate all of your help on these little details. I think I have the right script and html on the page for the "Go To Top" function, but its not showing up on any of the pages.
On this same page you have helped me with, I have the scripts and link setup.....am I missing something to make the little arrow show up to scroll back to top?

The Go to Top Button appears to be working fine. It is not getting displayed because the Page is long enough. You can consider lowering the data-offset="450" Value of the #gotoTop Element. Additionally, to display it on Mobile Devices, simply set the data-mobile="true" Attribute on the #gotoTop Element. Example:
