Quick-Subscription Form Result Message in a Blank Page

Hi
i have setup the quick subsribe contact form on a page and when i test it, it does work (i get the test email) but it loads a blank page with:
{ “alert”: “success”, “message”: “We have successfully received your Message and will get Back to you as soon as possible.” }

I’ve already uploaded the plugins.js twice, i have jquery loaded …. am i missing a file that is making this work correctly?

I don’t want to load all the files that you have – just the ones i will need to help with site speed.

I used the latest Chrome on Ubuntu.
