Hello,
We have just checked out your Website and the issue is that the JS Code that validates and submits the Contact Form using AJAX is missing on the Page. Please check the Default Templates from your Package and add that JS Code. It will automatically solve the issue.
Additionally, you seem to be using a very old version of Canvas which is not recommended. Please consider updating your Website with the Latest Version of Canvas since it fixes a lot of issues and will make your website more flexible.
