I want messages from the form to be sent to my domain email address.
I'm following this guide here: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/
I did "Receiving Form Responses" in PHP.
Do I have to use "Sender/Company Email to send Emails" at all?

You can use any Email Address to send the Emails to.
It is necessary and important to use an Email Address from the Same Domain as the Website is hosted on, to avoid SPAM and no email delivery issues.
We recommend setting up SMTP for better email delivery and preventing the email from landing up in your SPAM Box.
