Question about Regular License

I availed myself of a regular license. I'm a bit confused about how the license works, here are some questions:

Freelancing:
The license states that it can create only one "end product" with the rights, and the permit to use is then passed to the client.
Does this mean I have to purchase another regular license if I create for another client?

For portfolio/personal use:

  1. Is there a limit to the regular license if the site made for a client is free of charge? The clients, in this case, are family/friends.
  2. Is there a limit on how many times I can use for my side projects? (Side projects are personal, for sample projects and portfolio purposes)
