1. Can I connect canvas with PHP MySQL ?

2. What CMS compatible with canvas?

You can connect anything you want.
No CMS is 'compatible' with Canvas.
There are no PHP files (other than a few open source mail scripts)- it is an HTML/Javascript template; the files are static HTML.

The fact that you are asking these questions gives me the impression that Canvas is not what you think it is.

I read from the comments before I purchased canvas, that semicolon can provide the php files. I attached the screenshot from what I read in comments.

The PHP files come in the zip:
