Hello.
I purchased your Canvas HTML5.
When uploading the HTML/include files by Filezilla, I got pop-up messages : The target file already exists. Please choose an action. (attached image)
It was not just one file but all the video files in the folder. Some of files were 0 byte.
Can you help me about this?
Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for the Purchase! :)

This appears to be an issue with your Network as the Files appear to be partially uploaded. The Files provided with the Package have been triple checked and do not cause this issue. We recommend using the Overwrite (Always use this action) Action till the Upload is properly completed.

This issue should be resolved automatically as Network Issues are usually temporary, but if this still persists, we recommend trying a different network to see if this causes the same issue. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hi.
I tried as you recommended.
And here's what happened. (attached video)
I tried to change the network as well. And it's the same.

What I did was:

  1. I uploaded HTML/css first.
  2. And then I started to upload HTML/include.
At this point, there are errors.

Hello,

These are due to incorrect FileZilla Settings. Consider setting the Transfer Type to Auto instead. Check the image attached.

Hope this Helps!
