I've read all of the threads about the purchase code and I have tried everything but its still telling me my purchase code is invalid.
This was advertised FREE with the Canvas | The Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template. I've tried the manual codes etc etc and NOTHING is working. I hate that this is such a process to install and just get working.
Please remove my code from my post.

When I try to install a premium theme because I cannot find the canvas 5 theme.
It says this

Since Revolution Slider comes Free and bundled with Canvas, you cannot activate the Plugin for the Template Library. You can only use the Templates included with the Live Previews.
Currently, Canvas 5 is not available but it will be available shortly with the Latest Version of the Revolution Slider jQuery Plugin.

If its not compatible why are you guys offering it for free as a bundle?
How do I request a refund?
You guys advertise Revolution Slider is included ad a bundle but you are just telling me that its not supported, so what was the whole point in offering it as a bundle if its not compatible? Or is that a marketing trick scheme just to get people to say "wow" when pushing that buy button.

We understand your Frustration but all the Bundled Plugins work in this way. The bundled Revolution Slider and the Slider Editor works in the same way as it does when you Purchase them directly, only except the Plugin Activation (Purchase Code) and direct access to the Premium Template Library. This is the same even if you Purchase any other Template or WordPress Theme on ThemeForest. We never mentioned that the Revolution Slider or the Slider Editor is not supported, we just said that the Revolution Slider or for the matter of fact any other Bundled Plugin itself cannot be activated directly using the Purchase Code of the Template. Please follow these Instructions to Install the Slider Editor: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/install-the-plugin/ and use the Manual Installation. You can use all the Templates shown on the Live Previews: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/rs-demos.php .
There is no marketing trick, you get everything what is displayed on the Live Previews. To activate the Slider Editor, you need the Purchase Code of the Slider Editor but here you are Purchasing Canvas (not the Slider Editor), while the Slider Editor comes bundled with the Template and which is why you cannot activate it directly and have the benefits which only direct customers of the Slider Editor are allowed to have. We do not dictate these terms, ThemeForest and Plugin Authors do this. And everything has already been mentioned in the above links, so you have all these information directly from the Authors and Marketplace. So yes! There is no marketing trick! :)
