Hi for all,
I can not find where is the problem. I discovered that now when I type the URL and press enter, a part of my page appear, and then start the preloader, and after the page is displayed with the fade effect. For sure that is some code that I modified in the page, because yesterday all works fine in the same page. Anyone knows what is the problem? I can not find it!
The steps are:

  1. Type URL and then enter
  2. One second after, my page appear (one section, but not in the top of the page)
  3. One second after, the screen turns white and appear the loader
  4. One second after, the top of the page appear with all the features

Thanks in advance!
JC

Hello,

According to the Issue you have mentioned, most likely there appears to be an Issue with the HTML Structure you are using. Please make sure that all your Content is present inside the #wrapper Container. Follow the HTML Structure as suggested in the Documentation > Start > HTML Structure Section. If this still does not solve your issue, it would be great if you can please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello,

I'm trying to not have the 3 dots at the beginning everytime a page load. Can I remove that loading feature?

Thanks.

I figure it out on the documentation using .no-transition

Thanks!
