On the test server I have PHP 7.2 and both sendmailer.php and PHPMailer.php runs smoothly. On the production server the PHP version is 5.5.3 and in PHPMailer.php, as well as sendmailer.php, do not run. Is there a way to overcome this problem?

PHP 5.6 or later is required for the PHPMailer to work properly which will make your Forms more secure and efficient. Updating to the Latest Version of PHP will automatically fix this issue.
