First time using Canvass. I keep getting a raw html file even though I am transferring over the css and js files. Also is there a live technician that I can talk on the phone with.
Thanks,
Mike

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not provide Live Chat/Phone Support at the moment. Currently, support is provided only through the Support Website.
Regarding your issues, it appears to be an issue with the missing files or wrong CSS/JS File Locations on your Servers. Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.
Additionally, you can also check the issues using your Browser's Developer Console.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
So I was able to get most of pg to load correctly, problem is now the elements are stacked vertically instead of in rows as shown in the construction demo that im using. Also the images are sized big

Hello,
You can find the index-resturant.html Template in the Package/HTML Folder.
Hope this Helps!

Thanks I found it, so im trying to change the slider section by placing the restaurant slider inside. I copied the code from the slider section and pasted it over the slider section on my current idex pg. However it turned white, how do I fix it?
Thank you
Hello,
The URL you have provided is a Localhost URL which we will not be able to check. However, according to the error you have mentioned, it appears that you have not included the CSS/JS Files for the Revolution Slider on your Page. Please make sure that you are also copying the CSS/JS File Linkings for the Revolution Slider according to the Codes used in the index-restaurant.html Template.
This should definitely fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

Where exactly do I get those files from? I noticed theres css inside of the <head> tags on the restaurant pg, is that what your refering too? Just copying that and pasting it along with the JS file into my index construction code? Also do I need to down the slider visual editor?
Thank you
I figured it out. Thanks for getting back to me so fast. Getting used to your awsome themes
Hello,
Glad that your issues were resolved! Very Happy to Help! :)
Just for the heads-up, the CSS/JS Files are already included within the Package/HTML Folders according to the File Paths defined in the HTML Files. We understand that the Huge Number of Files included with Canvas is a little confusing, which is why we have introduced a Package Generator: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/installation/ , which you can use to choose the HTML Files you are going to use for your project, and our Package Generator will choose only the CSS/JS/Image Files required for your chosen HTML Files.
Hope this Helps! :)

So for some reason every couple of seconds literally the entire home page will shake.
Thanks
