Buenas tardes,
Hoy he realizado una compra del tema "Canvas" y estoy tratando de instalarlo en mi WP pero me pone lo siguiente "Something went wrong!", estoy subiendo el documento zip. ¿Podrían decirme a qué se debe este error?

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template (as the Title of the Item says) so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.

En ese caso, estaba totalmente confundida :( ¿hay algo que pueda hacer para poder utilizar el tema? solo uso wordpress.
De lo contrario, habría alguna posibilidad de "hacer una devolución"?

Currently, Canvas is only provided as an HTML Template and you will need to manually integrate it to work with WordPress or hire a Freelancer to help you with it.
