Hello, first of all congratulate the tool they have created, it is excellent.
I have 2 problems the first is that the submenu is displayed with a space between the main menu and secondary. attached image.
The second problem is that in this exact mean the responsive screen looks bad.
Full screen and smartphones shown well. attached image.

You were right, the style css .css missing part of the code. This part of the code is lost when using minify the ccs using the Web site https://cssminifier.com/
I searched other online compressor, and this works well if CSS code.

The following queries, will be out of the support, but I would like to see if I can give some tips on how I can do the following:
Try using Header.php and footer.php but it does not work, because it only shows the hedaer think it has to do with the div, well no I will like to know the correct way to do this using the template of you, because I have 60 pages on my website and any changes in header or footer, should I make them all manually. If possible please if you can send me an example of how it should be.
I have an additional query, know any, iframe responsive script, allows me to load different pages depending on the link (link will be in different parts of the site).
Example: Page 1 contains a link that when pressed, Current transition a page (X) in iframe.
Page 2 contains a link that when pressed, Current transition a page (z) in iframe. But both page used same iframe.
Have the same question, or something new?
