I have problem on sending email from onepage websiete. After submit I got infinity spinner loop and no information about if email been send or not.
On server PHP 7.4.6
To pass http basic auth please use
username: test
password: test

Thanks for more info and a screencast on this. We suspect this is an issue with your Servers due to Authentication being setup. Try visiting the Form Processor directly: https://nadzory-malopolska.pl/include/form.php . Now try to submit the Form again. You will notice that it is working fine. Check the Video we have attached.

Yes you're right when I go on the form.php first and then went back to website send message it was ok and all sent - message came to me as well. I'll try to disable this basic auth but I think I had this problem before I have setup this auth.
So I did disabled this simple auth and went to the other browser - firefox this time and have the same not sending email just hang on loading.
I think I have found problem it was on configuration on my server - there is an option blocking browser without javascript enabled - and this option was enabled. I have disabled and it seems to fix this issue.
