Hi,
I made a menu in the sidebar and I think I have something wrong in the script, because when I'm in a sub-menu item and I want to click on another item that has a sub-menu, the whole menu gets collapsed.

We have tried checking the Sub-Menu functionality and on first glance it appears to be working fine for us. The default functionality of the Sub-Menu is to close the other Open Menus including other Parents and Siblings while opening the Sub-Menu. Would you be kind to explain the issue in more detailed way and how you are expecting it to work so that we can provide you further assistance.

So this issue is due to the Customizations. Currently, the JS is not configured by default to accommodate pre-opened Sub-Menus based on current state (based on your previous ticket). The On-Click Menu functionality will need to be customized in order to fix this. Unfortunately, since this feature is currently not available by Default and since, currently Customization related Support is not included with the License according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . You will need to manually code this or Hire Us to help you out with Customizations.
