problem contact form

Hello, I do not receive emails from my contact form and I have tried different configuration options

this is the main http://ospreyrcfc.com/ in contact works with include / sendemail.php
and this link is another registration form that does not work either http://ospreyrcfc.com/formreg.html#
it appears to me that the mail comes out but I do not receive it
and this works with include / sendreg.php
