Preloading animation issue

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

There are currently no known issues related to the Page Transitions. Primarily, the Page Transitions are used only to display a Loading Animation until the window.load event. So if the Page loads faster, the Page Loading Transition Plugin would not have enough time to show the Loading Animation and display the contents on the Page quickly. The Page Transitions works fine here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-medical.html .
