Hello,

I cannot use preloaders and lazy load (for sections) in my website.

  1. Preloader is shown in the banner area instead of showing before the page is opened.
  2. Lazyload just does not work, it makes pictures / sections dispear and it does not appear again.

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and there are several errors on your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dugunlcv.com%2F . Please fix them to avoid any unnecessary issues.

  1. Preloaders are disabled by default. To enable them, simply add the .page-transition Class to the `` Tag. Complete Setup Details can be found here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/page-transition/ .

  2. The Browser Native Lazy-Loading you are using appears to be working fine for us (check attached). However, we do have custom Lazy Load support included as well: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/lazy-loading.html . More Documentations available here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/shortcodes/lazy-loading/ .

Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Hello again,

Thanks a lot, I will do your recommendations. Just for second one, I want to use Lazy Load for sections, for example for Blog area on the homepage. When I try it on section by class="section lazy" it disappears and does not appear back. Moreover, when even try it on an image, it again disappears and not come back. Do I need to activate it, too? (Like simply add the .page-transition Class to the <body>)?

Hello,

Sections do not support LazyLoading as they are DIVs. You might consider using Animations: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/animations.html . More Documentations about this here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/shortcodes/animations/ .

Regarding the issue with Image Lazy Loading, please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.
