You can definitely use a Custom Preloader by simply adding your Custom Code/Image/SVG in the data-loader-html Attribute of the <body> Tag. More Settings regarding this can be found in the Documentation > Start > Page Transitions Section.

">Make sure that you change the Image's Name and Location in the <image> Tag's src Attribute according to your needs.
