Hi,

I have followed the instructions mentioned in the support documentation to activate the preloader transitions (#4) but it is not showing up. Just flash of white screen before the website loads up.

Thanks
Wali

Hello,

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!

Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

The Page Transitions are used only to display a Loading Animation until the window.load event. So if the Page loads faster, the Page Loading Transition Plugin would not have enough time to show the Loading Animation and will simply display the contents on the Page quickly. Please check the Online Version of the Medical Niche Demos here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-medical.html . The Page Transitions appears to be working fine.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hi,

Thanks for the such quick reply. The link to the live website is https://fixachiprepairs.com.au . I was using the same transition with the older version of canvas and it was working fine. I redone this website again from start (not using any code from older version). So far other then the preload transition everything else is ok.

Thanks
Wali

Also, I just noticed that Google Analytics is not working. I don't see any active users online in real-time. I pasted the Google Analytics code below footer scrips <script src="js/functions.js"></script>

Thanks
Wali

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

We have just checked this out and the Preloaders appear to be working fine for us (see attached video). Since Canvas 6 loads faster than Canvas 5 and also the Page Loading Transition Plugin runs on JS, the Loaders have a slightly delayed visibility. We will work to make this completely in-house without the need of using a Plugin and release an Update soon.

Canvas's Codes do not interfere with any 3rd-Party Codes including Google Analytics. This issue is not related to Canvas. You can consider moving this before js/functions.js as well, as this will not affect any functionality.

Hope this Helps!
