Hi Trying to get pre loader to work (using three column slider and want to avoid flash of 1 slide)
Added to body
<body class="page-transition" data-loader="2" data-animation-in="fadeIn" data-speed-in="1500" data-animation-out="fadeOut" data-speed-out="800">
The page loader did work BUT did not show the loader icon
If I took plugins.min.js off (which will be need to be done for optimaisation) and just tried to call the individual scripts being used on the page I could then see the pre loader icon.
However now the pre loader just remains all the time.
Not sure what is going wrong.
The page is not live on test space yet.
Grateful for any insights.
Preloader issues

Hello,
Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.
The Page Transitions are used only to display a Loading Animation until the window.load event. So if the Page loads faster, the Page Loading Transition Plugin would not have enough time to show the Loading Animation and will simply display the contents on the Page quickly. Please check the Online Version of the Medical Niche Demos here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-medical.html . The Page Transitions appears to be working fine.

Hi,
This is page with preloader
https://www.veedev.co.uk/clients/invisortho/
This is without
https://www.veedev.co.uk/clients/invisortho/index-nopreload.html (flash of one slide in top slider)
So just to clarify you think it is working but page loading too fast to see the loader icon in action. I was expecting to see it in the flash of white screen.
Thanks
Vanessa
Hello,
You will need to add the following code in the location as shown in the attached image:
[ch_pre][/ch_pre]
This should automatically fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

Hi,
Thanks I had tried that but saw no difference.
I have added it again but still dont see the pre loader, can you see it please?
Hello,
Yes, we have checked this out and yes we can see the Preloader. Please check the Video attached.
This is what we think. If the Page loads within 1-2 seconds, the Page Loader will not have a chance to display as the Page Loader is displayed after the JS is loaded on the Page, thus there might be a delay in displaying it. We are working on a more modular version of this, which will have an option to add the Page Loader Codes by default to the Page (without needing JS), thus displaying the Loader instantly. This will be released with Canvas 7.
Hope this Helps!
