Preloader gif not stopping.

Hi there,

We are experiencing an issue with the preloader in the contact form.
It doesn't seem to stop. We are using our own email send form, and we can't seem to find the tag to make the loader stop, as our email sends successfully, as described in this other post: http://support.semicolonweb.com/forums/topic/pre-loader-gif/
Link to the Live URL will be provided in a private reply. I know we haven't bought support to make you develop our site, however we can't figure out, where the problem relies.

We have just checked out your Website and the issue is that the Form's action Attribute is missing from the HTML Code which is why the Form is not getting processed. Please find the following code:

and replace it with:
