can we make portfolio filter menu sticky? stay on top. since I have lots of image on portfolio page. its hard scroll on mobile/tablet?

Hello,
Unfortunately not! Consider using the Page Sub Menu: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/page-submenu.php for this where you can apply the Filter on the Menu Links. And then you can add the .sticky-responsive-pagemenu Class on the Page Submenu to make it Sticky on Responsive Devices.
