Portfolio filter in a column instead of in a row

Hello, firstly thanks for the great work with the filters of the portfolio! They are great and the front end is really dynamic and interactive.

Still, I find sometimes quite useful to have the filtering in the right column instead of in the top. Do you have any example of the filters in a column instead of in the top row?
