Pop up success mesage is not working

Hello!

The mail from the contact form is sending and reciving successfully, but I have a problem:
The successfully message top right pop up don't show up. And on the bottom rigth appers blank space for a brief moment

I made test with some of your files. This you can see it here: https://www.cautivaclientes.com.mx/prueba/contact.html
On that test page is working correctly.

I dont know if a file is missing...
or maybe a line in the html´
or could be the SMTP (I have a Gsuite mail acount)?

Now i made it possible that show up a message of: susccessfuly sent on a new tab, but instead of showing the webpage that i want, only show in the new tab the code
