Hello.
I have big problem. It is Plugin could not be loaded.
I have 80 licenses for canvas template for my projects. and I have been working on the project with CANVAS version 5.X.
I have to use version 6.x in next project. I ran the test for several days.
Some plugins do not work. I can't solve this problem.
The same plugin works well for 5.x versions, but not for 6.x versions.
I want to continue to purchase CANVAS templates for my project.
Please hope you will solve it for me.

Hello,

Thank You so much for your Patience!

We have checked the Codes and tried various solutions to determine what is causing this issue. The issue here appears to be with this File: http://ecudemo182380.cafe24.com/ind-script/optimizer.php?filename=rZTdbtswDIUfoL7dcwjZD7DbpcPuig5Dh13TMp0okUiNopamTz-mzYB0mBPbGQzYss3v8Jgi7dac0C3eiusFEu5Ytk6wcBWPblNcWHykZlPeuHNxNWTwW7f5WVH2x8u75kOzmEjio6IQxHJ80HjmbcBrVarEWZ_QoG96mo0Se6Y-Bq-zJBbNeztmJbe3yvJX3bLwyvhXu9uBogYLSBZF6tDfPS9-BF0_PH0GhSYFmqATQ2sUPtj6MlWyBNJ-hDz7erD1hSXdMqlwjCiXua-xlk85LyV0qxF-qoZ4OaoXc-AegWw4yDotC-oYMyecYsrRyvRvCHJ2d9yGiO7bCe85JaYzJge4xF21R2UX8rSEfSWvwVJaXFeti9NgT41VOGPCOsd9f2nmU4kIT_vI0E2CUlU45L1vC8qvoc0ZgDPHfR_i6E7osIca9VCCkkB0CURDKZ_rBASr13XaYRt5NcnlbRVB8ntX1pxvbJA8XsH7491NbxMGeq2T_yUzbiDXmqL9HIIGLJPKDmVP_uU8m0uY2om7fYrfS4fiSWcLLKFsUa9X-NNBvwE&type=js&k=c9d22a7715cf5fb6f70add60997558127cc9c538&t=1614105286 .

This File has 2 Versions of jQuery (just search jquery javascript library in this File) and one of them is very Old (v1.4.4) which is why some of the Modern JS Codes are not working.

Also, we have noticed that in the HTML Page, there is a code: localStorage.setItem('EC_JQUERY_VERSION','1.4.4'); which might also cause this issue.

So there are 2 Solutions to fix this issue:

  1. Can you disable this extra JS File?

  2. If no, can you disable loading of multiple jQuery Versions (especially the Older one?).

This is the only issues we found with the Codes. If this can be fixed, this will also solve the issues on your website automatically.

Hope this Helps!

Thank You so much for your advice.

Q.
Can you disable this extra JS File?
If no, can you disable loading of multiple jQuery Versions (especially the Older one?).

A.
The shopping mall solution is a solution created based on old JavaScript(ver 1.4.4).
Users cannot delete or modify it and access is also impossible.
The solution company said able to use a different version of JavaScript.

(I think you can use Google to translate the Korean page.)

But what I'm curious about is this.
The hosting solution is the same and still the same spec.
Is it correct that the canvas 5.x works and the canvas 6 does not work?

Hello,

Thanks for the Reply and more explanations on this.

So this is why there is an issue! We continuously update Canvas to the Latest Versions of all the Plugins and this is why Canvas 6 might not work with the current setup of your Shopping Mall solution as it uses a terribly Old Version of jQuery. Since jQuery is the main library for JS used within Canvas, downgrading it can cause a ripple effect as many Plugins have been updated to work on the Latest Versions of jQuery.

Unfortunately, there is no Solution for this as it would mean to downgrade every plugin to use with jQuery 1.4.4 which would mean exposing your Websites to older and limited JS engines, and Security risks which jQuery fixes with updates. Additionally, some Plugins might have issues as well with the main Browsers, since Browsers like Chrome, Firefox etc are also updated frequently to make websites more secure and perform better. Meanwhile, we noticed that there are several JS issues even on your Website using Canvas v5.x (check attached).

The Solution right now is that we can provide you with any Older Version of Canvas you require since v2.0 to v5.9.1 (check attached).

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused! But currently these are the only solutions available due to the very old version of jQuery used. Hope this Helps!
