I had contacted hostgator support about the issue and received the following reply: "I understand the latest reply was in regards to the domain http://www.docvlee.com/ showing shortcode at the homepage for your contact form and slider plugin. I've reviewed the code you've mentioned and it seems within the code there is a conflict with the plugins with your current template called Canvas. This could of happened due to a plugin no longer receiving updates,a php conflict, or there was code injected from an older outdated plugin. I've attached a screenshot of the console reflecting the short code. As troubleshooting this directly would be considered out of our scope of support as this would be considered development and its recommended you reach out to the theme developers regarding this error and speak to their support to find a resolution for this issue." screenshot attached.

The conflict is with the Contact Form 7 plugin and the WooSlider plugin. The conflict is only appearing on the the home page, and not internal pages.

Wordpress Version 5.2.2

Please advise on how to resolve. Thanks.

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences, however you issue does not appear to be with the Canvas Template. Canvas is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template and not a WordPress Theme. Also your Website: http://www.docvlee.com/ does not use any Code from Our Canvas Template: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/intro.html . It would be great if you consider checking this again and contact the relevant Theme Authors.

Hope this Helps!
