Since Canvas is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, there is no Installable File. You will need to Download the Entire Package to use the Files or you can choose to Download specific files you need for your Project using the Package Generator: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/installation/ .

Since these are HTML Templates, you can simply upload the Files as is using FTP. Demo Files can be found in the Package/HTML Folder with the name: demo-{niche}.html . {niche} stands for the Niche Demo you would like to use.

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.

You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
