I'm getting an error from the revolution video extension javascript code

revolution.extension.video.min.js:7 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Document not active
at T (revolution.extension.video.min.js:7)
at HTMLVideoElement.<anonymous> (revolution.extension.video.min.js:7)
T @ revolution.extension.video.min.js:7
(anonymous) @ revolution.extension.video.min.js:7

On the edge browser, it seems to not display the elements until the page is refreshed a couple of times, or resized.

I don't know what's wrong :(

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience and Apologies about the Delays in providing you with a reply, which was due to Lack of a Device with an Edge Browser.

We have checked out your Website and the Revolution Slider appears to be working perfectly fine for us at the moment along with the Revolution Slider functioning correctly without displaying any errors in the Console. Could you please consider checking this again and provide us with a confirmation? Else do let us know if you are still facing any further issues with this so that we can check this further. Thanks for your Patience.

Additionally, please make sure that you are using the Latest Version of the Revolution Slider plugin and use the Codes according to their prescribed Documentation: https://www.themepunch.com/revsliderjquery-doc/slider-revolution-jquery-5-x-documentation/ to avoid any further issues.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

No problem, thank you for your help.

It seems that it only has the problem sometimes, half the time it loads properly, and other times it doesn't, but only on that browser.

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience! We will keep a lookout for this issue and keep running tests on this Browser. However, this could also be a result of a Slow Internet connection or Server loading the videos slowly which is why the Browser throws an error. having said that, Edge and other IE Browsers definitely have a knack of throwing unexpected issues here and there. However, we will surely release an Update once this is completely fixed.

Do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
