Hello,

Thank You so much for the Detailed Explanation on this!

There appears to be some JS Conflict on the Page that might be causing this issue. Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this? Thanks for your Patience.

Additionally, you can also consider checking your Browser's Developer Console and let us know if you see any errors (a screenshot would be great) so that we can better understand the issue.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello,

Thanks for your Valuable Patience!

We have checked out your Website and there are some HTML Validation errors: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fmggbangkok.com%2F which might be causing these issues. Please consider fixing them and check your Website again. Normally, your issues should be resolved after you fix the HTML Errors. However, if you are still facing any further issues, please let us know and we will definitely look into this for you again.

Regarding the Products on Mobile, we can see your Products on Mobile Devices without any issues. But it would be recommended to check this again after fixing the HTML Errors.

Hope this Helps!

Hi. I have changed everything according to you. The old problems are fixed but new problem occur.

  1. There are some weird code text showing up at the top of the website (image problem 1)

2.When I open the website in mobile form or in my mobile in the product section all the information text details are too close to the frame. ( image problem 2)

Please help me with this for another one more time.

Hello,

  1. Your Website's Code still has HTML Validation errors: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fmggbangkok.com%2F . Please check the attached Image.

  2. Please see the attached Image. The Lines of Codes Highlighted have a lot of errors. Since you are not using Tabs, the .tab-container or the .tab-content DIVs are not required. Simply start with the following:
    [ch_pre]

     ...

     ...

[/ch_pre]

Consider keeping your codes as clean as possible to ensure that there are no unexpected issues. Also, do not use nested .row DIVs. The direct child of the .row DIV should always be .col-* DIVs.

Hope this Helps!

I try to put in the code action=”mailto:mggbangkok@medgicgroup.com” on line373

But it’s doesn’t seem like it working.

More New Question!
I need tyo get rid of this random space under the slide. It seems like the whole slide is moving upward. Can you please help.

I promise these 2 will be my last questions.

SSemicolon WebSTAFFDec 11, 2020

Hello,

  1. Using the action="mailto:mggbangkok@medgicgroup.com" is incorrect. Please make sure that you are using the Default action="include/form.php" File provided and add your Email Address in this File. You can follow the Complete Instructions on how to Setup Forms here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ .

  2. There are still HTML Validation Errors on your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fmedgicgroup.com%2F which might be causing issues with the Slider Height. Consider fixing the HTML Errors and checking this again.

Hope this Helps!

SShanta13Dec 15, 2020

More over I try to ass to image on the logo section but it sqeeze and look like this > attached image. How can I fixxed it?

SShanta13Dec 15, 2020

Also How can I change the background color of the scrow down header?

SSemicolon WebSTAFFDec 15, 2020

Hello,

  1. It might be possible that the PHP mail() Function is blocked by your Web Hosting Provider in order to prevent SPAM. So, it is Highly Recommended to use SMTP Functionality for Forms as it ensures that the Mails are delivered securely. You can ask your Web Hosting Provider to enable PHP mail() for you, if not, then you will need to use SMTP.

  2. As we have mentioned earlier, the Height issue due to the HTML Validation errors on your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fmedgicgroup.com%2F . You will need to fix these in order to get rid of this random space. Additionally, your Slider's `

  • ` Tags have not been ended.
  1. There are a Lot of Customizations in the Logo Section. The Codes used are not in the correct format and this is why the Images are not displayed correctly. Please Make sure that you are using the Default Codes correctly:
    [ch_pre]

    attachment

    [/ch_pre]

Additionally, your Logo is a bit large for Smaller Devices. You can consider using a Smaller Logo for Mobile Devices: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/logo-settings/#docs-snippet-mobile-logo . Here is an Example: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/logo-changer.html .

  1. We are not sure about this:
Also How can I change the background color of the scrow down header?

Do you mean you would like to change the Header BG Colors on Mobile Device or Sticky Headers?

Thanks for your Patience.
