Do you have a help file for what needs changed in order to successfully use the contact forms in Canvas? I think we all realise it's not a one-size fits-all but with a better explanation of what's needed to be changed would be beneficial to us all.
There seems to be a lot of fields that need changed and it would be great if there was some kind of assistance to get it going without any errors?
Some guidance for purchasers would be great as it is a very confusng area and although the Canvas template is very powerful - if we can't receive emails from it then it's almost useless. We need to be able to send emails which are secure and have a system which supports that.
It would probably save the support team a huge amount of work if this were made available.
Of course, you might already be able to recommend a terrific resource you could point us to.........
