Parallax Section Question

same project next question ;-) please

the book section (see image attached) has a few dollars and a baretta as background image.
the image is positioned fix

I would love to have a parallax effect where the baretta and dollars is always "sticky" on the right side of the browser window and just "parallaxing/scrolling" vetical in all screen sizes.

the background image /fileadmin/framework/images/mafiaBG2.png is hughe with the plain background color and the baretta and dollars on its right as you can see

whatever I try is not keeping the baretta and dollars sticky to the right and just scrolling vertical

next to /fileadmin/framework/images/mafiaBG2.png is an image /fileadmin/framework/images/mafiaBG.png of just the baretta and dollars and the BG color is #1E232A maybe there is even a solution where I dont't have to use the hughe image mafiaBG2.png and save some kb on loading.
