I have parallax problem, when i scroll it down and up half parallax background disperse

Changing the Parallax Settings should fix this issue. Simply consider changing the value of the following codes according to what suits best to your needs:
data-bottom-top="background-position:0px 0px;" data-top-bottom="background-position:0px -300px;"This will definitely fix the issue. Hope this Helps!
