parallax image slider effect

i am trying to do a similar parallax image effect on the slider when scrolling up the image effect see the website home page slider https://happiercamper.com/
try to stay on the main image when scrolling up if possible. if you can give little tips and tricks to that would help me. or if you have a similar page I could check

Seems like they are using 2 images one foreground and background with parallax effect
