Hello,
When I open in Firefox, Edge or Chrome, the index.html page in the C:\xampp\htdocs\CanvasTemplate\HTML\one-page folder (without any changes made) the parallax picture in the review section is visible and functioning. However, if I open the same page in Safari there is no parallax behavior and the picture is not visible, but completely black! Is there a way in which this template can be used in all four browsers?

We have just checked out the Files and the Demos: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/one-page/ and it appears to be working fine for us on Safari with the Parallax Images working fine. Please make sure that you are using the Latest Version of the CSS.
If this is still not working fine for you, please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue you are facing with this. Thanks for your Patience.
