Yes, for me same problem with chrome Version 51.0.2704.84 (64-bit) and safari version 9.1.1.

Sometimes my background in the parallax section, is showing up and sometimes not showing up...

Do you have an idea?

We have just checked out your Website and the Code you are using for your Parallax Background is incorrect. Please find the following code on your Page:

and replace it with:

This will definitely fix your issue. The issue was that the CSS background-image Property does accept the center center Value which is why your Parallax Image was not working.
