Does this come with my Canvas purchase? Is it only used with WP? If not, how do I use my own image with the scratch off function

Te Paintbrush Add-on is certainly included with the Package Files: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/rs-demo-premium-paintbrush.html, however, there is no Documentation available as of yet on the Official Revolution Slider Documentation. So there would be limited support on this.
You can find the following codes related to the Paintbrush Add-on:

Simply change the Image: include/rs-plugin/demos/assets/images/paintbrush_bg2.jpg in the above codes and that is all you need to do to replace the Default Images with your Image.
