Hi,

My pages are loading, but they display a blank page (although the footer sometimes loads)
I have an older version of the Canvas theme.
The pages use Classic ASP, but I've checked older ASP Pages without the Canvas Theme and they load fine.
Can you check this for me and let me know if you can resolve the issue

The issue is not with Canvas's Codes, but rather with Integrations and using Older Versions of Canvas! The CSS you are using on your website is from Canvas v1.3.1, while you seem to be using the JS Codes from the Latest Versions. This is the reason why there are issues on your Website. Make sure that everything is updated to the Latest Versions and there are no partial upgrades as the CSS/JS Files are linked together.

This will automatically fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

Hi,

I have reverted back to the css files fromm Canvas v1.3.1 which I know is the old version.
All pages are working fine now except for the home page.

URL: http://kildare.ie/news/index.asp WORKING

URL: http://kildare.ie/index.asp DISPLAYS BLANK PAGE and SHOWS ONLY FOOTER

I do intend upgrading to the latest version of CANVAS.
At the moment that will be a bigger task that fixing the home page.
However, If I could get the home page to load correctly it would be very helpful.
Can you check and see if there is something I could change on the home page to get it working?
The CSS files are now from version 1.3.1

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused, however, we currently do not provide support for outdated versions of Canvas! And the Version you are using is more than 5 years old: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/changelog/version-1-3-1/ and the Codes have extensively changed!

Currently we only provide support for Canvas Versions later than v5.x. Additionally, the issues on your Website are related to Customizations which is out of scope of Support included: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . While we would have loved to fix your issue, providing support for very outdated versions of Canvas is not possible as this would require us to go through the Older Codebases and then provide fixes accordingly. So, we would highly recommend you to Update your Website to the Latest Versions, keeping in mind the Security and Performance at play.

Thanks for Understanding.
