Hello,

We have checked out your Website and we noticed the jump to the Footer only on the First Visit. Every other visit appears to be working perfectly fine. Firstly we can assure you that the issue is not due to the Codes within Canvas as there are no codes that would cause this. Meanwhile, we have found some JS Errors on your Page. You can find them in your Browser's Developer Console and fixing them should fix any unexpected issues with your website.

Hope this Helps!

oh? I see some warnings and I've endeavoured to clean them up. What errors are you seeing?

for me, when I go to browse new vinyl, if I start scrolling before the page is finished rendering, it jumps to the bottom. and I can reproduce it by selecting an individual record, waiting for that page, and then hitting the back button and again scrolling while the page is rendering. I'm using Chrome for this.

in testing this on safari, with the method mentioned above, the page jumps a little, but not reliably right to the bottom.

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences, however, we are not really sure if the Codes within Canvas is causing this or your Custom Codes. So it would be great if you can please check the Default Package Files and let us know if the jump happens there as well. If not, we would like you to review the Custom JS Codes added to your Page.

Also, we have attached a Screenshot of the JS Error we are receiving and also a video of how we are seeing the jump. Please check and let us know if this is consistent with your experience.

Thanks for your Patience.

there does appear to be a jump in Package-HTML/HTML/shop.html -- if you scroll past a certain point, reloads of the page will force the view to jump back up to the same spot. please see the attached screen shot. again this is on Chrome on windows - 85.0.4183.121

and thank you for spotting the JS error -- I think I've got it fixed now.

Hello,

Thanks for your Continued Patience!

We have checked this out and can confirm this behavior. We Apologies about the Inconveniences related to this, however, this appears to be something related to the Isotope Plugin which initializes the Grid on Window Load. We are looking into why this is occurring and trying to work on fixing this.

Meanwhile, simply removing the .grid-container Class from the Shop Wrapper should fix this issue automatically. Additionally, this should also fix the Overlapping on Mobile Devices.

Hope this Helps! Rest assured, we are looking into this.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
