pages-faq- layout 1 - item sorting not working

Hi there!

It works on demo, but not on my page i setup (despite being the same code copied over.

It displays the "menu"

All
Marketplace
Authors
Legal
Item Discussion
Affiliates
Miscellaneous

it displays all items perfectly fine.. just when click on "Authors" or "Legal" it will not sort the faq entries like on demo.
It always shows all items.. any idea whats missing?

As i said it works on demo file, then copied over html.. it displays everything fine, just not that sorting works.

What do i possibly miss here?
